77games User Agreement

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on the 77games platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. 77games reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 77games is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 77games, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 77games platform or any affiliated platform.

77games reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 77games platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorized such activity. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify 77games support immediately.
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your name, address, or payment details must be reported promptly.
• Keeping your registered email address active and accessible, as 77games uses email as the primary channel for account communications, verification, and security alerts.

77games will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 77games that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 77games reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which will be communicated to the registered email address prior to any deduction.

Deposits and Withdrawals

77games accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 77games account within minutes of a successful transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• 77games does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• 77games reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of this Agreement.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your 77games account and was previously used to make a deposit to your account.
• Before processing any withdrawal, 77games may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include submission of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 4 for details.
• 77games reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent activity, breach of this Agreement, or regulatory inquiry.

Bonuses and Promotions

77games may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 77games reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• 77games reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings that were credited in error.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 77games platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers and use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 77games does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 77games servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.
• Technical malfunctions — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, or software bugs — void all affected plays and wagers. 77games will not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
• For live casino games, the decisions of the live dealer are final, subject to any applicable game-specific dispute resolution procedure.
• For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC). 77games reserves the right to void markets where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game or betting interface and are subject to change without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77games platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and full disclosure to 77games.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other competitive game formats.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 77games support immediately. Exploitation of known or discovered bugs is prohibited.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first raising a dispute with 77games support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery action.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77games staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 77games platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of 77games or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77games platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 77games.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Use any 77games trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated means.

Game content — including graphics, audio, and mechanics — is the intellectual property of the respective game developers (e.g., PG Soft, Pragmatic Play) and is licensed to 77games for display on the platform. All rights in such content are reserved by the respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77games, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including game rules, odds, or promotional terms.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 77games's reasonable control.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability is not permitted, 77games's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 77games's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 77games platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

Privacy and Data

Your use of the 77games platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 77games collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers and where required by law or regulation.

By registering an account, you consent to receiving transactional communications from 77games via your registered email address. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Responsible Gaming

77games is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. • Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: You may configure reminders that notify you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: You may request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of your choosing. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from the 77games platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

Gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment. Account Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting 77games support. 77games may suspend or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior engagement with 77games support.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Extended account inactivity as described in Section 2.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the 77games platform, you agree to first contact 77games support to seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels. Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine law.

77games operates with awareness of the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is committed to operating in a manner consistent with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

Amendments to These Terms

77games reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 77games platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 77games.net/terms-conditions.
